The SiC Processing GmbH is able to meet the increasing and changing demands of the industry and constantly stays ahead of the competition, due to the proximity to our customers, the close collaboration with the suppliers of raw materials and machines, the constant activities in the fields of research and development for process engineering and application technology, and the cooperation with institutional research facilities and universities. The main focus is on a constantly improved economic efficiency by the reduction of expenses in the field of wavering, an improvement in quality, the conservation of resources and the avoidance of waste.

The SiC Group currently has subsidiaries with manufacturing plants in 5 countries all over the world and we have plans for expansion and intentions for extensions for our business worldwide.

Slurry is a viscous fluid consisting of solid silicon carbide (SiC) and liquid polyethylene glycol (PEG) and it is used for the wafer sawing process. In this process, SiC provides the necessary specific hardness and PEG acts as a cooling agent.
